About Us

Destin is a real estate investor and developer who began his career working in the financial services industry in 2006. He obtained five securities licenses, his real estate license, won various awards, and advanced into many diverse positions at several prominent brokerage firms. He studied Business Administration at Santa Monica College and became a first-generation college graduate earning a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).

 

In 2021, Destin acquired his first rental property investments in southern California – a duplex in the city of Carson – overseeing the units as the property manager. In 2022, he created a public Mastermind meetup group to help educate and assist people of all backgrounds with their real estate and business-related matters. He also participated in a real estate private capital bootcamp training program, and then joined the real estate coaching program “Elevate” directed by industry expert, Austin Rutherford, to take his knowledge and experience to the next level. Destin’s passion for real estate was inspired by wanting to provide a better life for his family, and he has dedicated his life to seeing that goal be accomplished.
